1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SATTRASE website and the travel, transport and training services provided by Sage Travel and Transport Services ("SATTRASE", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Description of Services

SATTRASE provides:

• Transport Services — vehicle and equipment rentals, courier, relocation, fleet management, cargo, escort, airport transfers and warehousing.
• Travel Services — visa assistance, ticketing, travel insurance, study and work abroad, cruises and short stays.
• Training Programs — driving school, truck driving, forklift, earth-moving and defensive driving certification.

4. Booking & Reservation Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SATTRASE. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and have paid any required deposit.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service and will be clearly communicated before confirmation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money and approved card payments. Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GHS) or US Dollars (USD) where applicable.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refund eligibility and fees depend on the service, third-party providers (airlines, hotels, embassies) and time of cancellation.
• Visa application fees, embassy fees and non-refundable third-party charges cannot be refunded.
• SATTRASE reserves the right to apply administrative cancellation fees.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, respect our staff and assets, and use our services only for lawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATTRASE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including missed connections, third-party delays, force majeure events, embassy decisions or visa refusals beyond our control.

9. Travel Documentation Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa, vaccinations and travel documents meet the requirements of your destination. SATTRASE assists with visa applications but does not guarantee approval, which rests entirely with the issuing embassy or authority.

10. Vehicle Rental & Transport Usage

• Renters must hold a valid driver's licence and meet minimum age requirements.
• Vehicles must be returned in the condition received, with the agreed fuel level.
• Damage, loss or traffic violations during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
• Off-road or cross-border use requires prior written approval.

11. Training Enrolment Terms

• Trainees must complete enrolment forms and pay required fees before attending classes.
• Attendance, safety and conduct rules must be followed at all times.
• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of theory and practical assessments.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, graphics and code — is the property of SATTRASE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to Terms

SATTRASE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective once posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
